2020.12.10. ／ Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program between Indian Patent Office and Japan Patent Office to accept applications for the second year

The Indian Patent Office (IPO) began accepting applications for the second year from December 7, as the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program, which is being piloted between Japan and India, enters its second year.

The PPH between the IPO - JPO will be on a three-year trial period starting December 5, 2019, and will accept up to 100 PPH applications per year.
