2022.6.16. ／ Japan-Russia Patent Prosecution Highway Temporarily Suspended

On May 10, 2022, the JPO decided to suspend the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) with the Russian Federal Office of Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (ROSPATENT).

On and after May 10, 2022, the JPO will not make any PPH application with ROSPATENT as a prior Office, and will also cancel the selection of any application that filed a PPH application with ROSPATENT as a prior Office and was selected for accelerated examination prior to May 10, and exclude the application from accelerated examination.
