2024.9.11. ／ Industrial Property Information and Training Institute, Japan, launches publicly solicited intellectual property support.

On August 1, 2024, the National Institute of Industrial Property Information and Training, INPIT, launched the Intellectual Property Support Project for Social Implementation of Research Results from Universities and Other Institutions; "iAca", a new project to be implemented from this fiscal year, with an open application process.

The objective is to support the rapid social implementation of research results from universities, technical colleges, and national testing and research institutes in Japan by widely utilizing the intellectual property support know-how accumulated by INPIT, with the aim of achieving technological innovation.
