2021.10.15. / "Live Game Players" rules set, ban lifted

In recent years, game publishers have started to lift the ban on "live game players," one of the most popular professions among junior high and high school students.

In principle, video distribution of games not authorized by the game companies is copyright infringement, but with many people, from celebrities and famous YouTube users to ordinary people, posting on video distribution sites, and with 16.42 million people, or about 20% of Japan's population, said to be watching, it can be said that companies have begun to seek coexistence and co-prosperity with the distribution side.
