2022.1.24. ／ Revision of fees in accordance with the revision of the Patent Law, etc., effective April 1, 2022.

With the enforcement of the "Act for Partial Revision of the Patent Act, etc." and the "Cabinet Order Concerning the Establishment of Related Cabinet Orders in Connection with the Enforcement of the Act for Partial Revision of the Patent Act, etc." in 2021, patent-related fees, trademark-related fees, and international search fees for international applications will be revised.

Effective date: April 1, 2022
