2022.6.16. ／ Japan Patent Office Expands Jurisdiction over PCT International Searches and Preliminary Examinations

The JPO began jurisdiction over international searches and international preliminary examinations in international applications with the Saudi Arabian Intellectual Property General Directorate as the receiving office, effective June 1, 2022.
