2022.9.27. ／ Intellectual Property High Court to move to new building

On October 11, 2022, the Intellectual Property High Court will move from the Joint Court Building in Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo to a new building, The Business Court, in Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo.
In addition to the Intellectual Property High Court, three divisions of the Tokyo District Court; Commercial Division, Intellectual Property Division, and Insolvency Division, will move to the Business Court.
