2023.5.23. ／ JPO Signs Agreement with Ishikawa Prefecture for Intellectual Property Protection

On April 14, 2023, the JPO, together with the METI Chubu Bureau of Economy,Trade and Industry, the Export and International Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and the Hokuriku Regional Agricultural Administration Office, concluded a "Collaboration Agreement on the Protection and Use of Intellectual Property Rights" with Ishikawa Prefecture.

Going forward, the JPO will provide support for the protection and utilization of intellectual property for agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, including Ruby Roman and other branded specialty products.
