2023.7.25. ／ JPO Revises Formalities Examination Handbook

On July 3, 2023, the JPO revised the Formalities Examination Handbook in accordance with the revision of the Formalities Examination Handbook dated April 1, 2023.
The main reasons for the revision are as follows

The amendment allows for the restriction of access to documents containing trade secrets in adjudication procedures.
Clarification and correction of errors, etc.
