On June 19, 2023, the JPO published the estimated time of commencement of pending trademark examination cases.
The current schedule for initiating cases is listed on the JPO website.

The website is updated approximately every four months, and the company recommends using Trademark Accelerated Examination and Fast Track Examination if you wish to accelerate your rights.
