2023.7.25. ／ Japanese Government decides on "Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2023

On June 9, 2023, the Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters of the Cabinet Office released "Intellectual Property Promotion Plan 2023: Toward a Society in which Diverse Players Maximize the Value of Intellectual Property Use in the World.
The plan outlines 10 priority measures to be taken in the face of Japan's sluggish international ranking of 13th in innovation.

The report also touches on the issues of "Generative AI and Copyright" and "AI-related Inventions," which are currently under close scrutiny.
