2023.8.24. ／ JPO Conducts Online Training on Patent Opposition System for Patent Examiners at the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO)

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) announced that it conducted an online training course on the patent opposition system for patent examiners of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO) in May of this year.

A JPO examiner with extensive experience in patent opposition served as the instructor, and 27 MyIPO patent examiners participated in the training as trainees.
