2019.12.2. / Patent prosecution highway available in all technical fields

From December 1, 2019, the Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Brazilian Industrial Property Office (INPI) will conduct a two-year trial of the PPH that removes restrictions on the technical field.

As a result, applicants can obtain patent rights at an early date in Brazil by using PPH.
