2020.2.3. / Japan Patent Office launches help site for intellectual property managers who work hard alone

On January 14, 2020, the JPO opened a “help site” on the JPO website for intellectual property managers who perform various procedures by themselves or who are the first to file applications.
Its purpose is to support the lonely intellectual property managers found in small and medium-sized businesses.

It gives you an easy-to-understand guide on what to do next in response to the “Notice of Rejection” and “Registration Assessment” sent by the JPO.
