2022.5.23. / Japan Patent Office updates the list of designated fees for international design applications

On May 6, 2022, the JPO updated the list of designated fees for international applications for designs under the Hague Agreement.
There are two types of international filing fees for designs: a transmittal fee paid to the Japan Patent Office when filing an international application through the Japanese Patent Office, and a fee paid directly to the International Bureau (WIPO).

The respective fees are listed on the JPO website.
