Patent System in Japan

On April 1, 2022, the Agency for Cultural Affairs released a system that allows users to create copyright agreements.
The system is available free of charge, and a template of the contract can be automatically created by following the on-screen guidance and entering items.

On April 27, 2022, the Japan Patent Office compiled a report on a patent technology trend survey in the cutting-edge field of "the use of information and communication technology in education.
According to the overall trend of patent applications, the number of patent applications in the relevant fields is on the rise, and the growth of applications by Chinese applicants in particular has been particularly marked in recent years, with many of these applications being filed in China.
